For orders over PLN 350/EUR 75, delivery is free.

We process orders from Monday to Friday. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we will process it on the first business day. Due to the fact that most of our jewelry is made by hand, the production time of an order is up to 10 business days. But in any case, we are trying to shorten this period.

The planned order processing time can be determined based on the product status (you will find it under the product name):

1. in stock – processing time is 1-3 business days from the moment the funds are credited to our bank account;
2. pre-order – processing time is up to 10 business days from the moment the funds are credited to our bank account.

​​​​​​​Electronic payment - the most convenient and very fast way to complete the order. During business hours, funds will usually be transferred to our account immediately.

If you order a larger number of products, the shipping time of the entire order is adjusted to the product with the longest shipping time.

Orders placed in the store are carried out via the following courier companies:

InPost (in Poland):

• to a parcel locker PLN 15/EUR 3,7 , delivery time 1-2 working days, storage time in a parcel locker 2 days;
• by courier to the address PLN 18/EUR 4,44, delivery time 1-2 working days;

Polish Post (international shipment to EU countries) PLN 20/EUR 4,94, delivery time 8-14 days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly offer you a refund. We accept the return of purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

However, remember that the following are non-refundable:

• earrings – as we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons, so please choose carefully;
• goods with signs of wear;
• orders are made by cash on delivery.
