ORDER PROCESSING


We process orders from Monday to Friday. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we will process it on the first business day. Due to the fact that most of our jewelry is made by hand, the production time of an order is up to 10 business days. But in any case, we are trying to shorten this period.

The planned order processing time can be determined based on the product status (you will find it under the product name):

1. in stock – processing time is 1-3 business days from the moment the funds are credited to our bank account;
2. pre-order – processing time is up to 10 business days from the moment the funds are credited to our bank account.

Electronic payment - the most convenient and very fast way to complete the order. During business hours, funds will usually be transferred to our account immediately.

If you order a larger number of products, the shipping time of the entire order is adjusted to the product with the longest shipping time.

After receiving the package, please check it carefully at the courier or immediately after collecting it from the parcel locker. In the event of suspected damage to the shipment or shortages in the shipment, please write down a damage report (shipment number, date, type of damage and courier's signature) before collecting the package. Only it is the basis for initiating a complaint procedure in the courier company.

DELIVERY: TIME AND COST

For orders over PLN 350/EUR 75, delivery is free!
We are not responsible for an incorrectly provided delivery address or for failure to pick up the shipment in a timely manner. In such cases, the post office is forced to return the parcels to the sender. The conditions for storing parcels are regulated by the postal services. Please take this factor into account. If you do not receive your shipment for the above reason, you will have to pay for delivery again in order to receive your order.

Orders placed in the store are carried out via the following courier companies:

InPost (in Poland):

  • to a parcel locker PLN 15/EUR 3,7 , delivery time 1-2 working days, free storage time in a parcel locker 2 days;
  • by courier to the address PLN 18/EUR 4,44, delivery time 1-2 working days.

Polish Post (international shipment to EU countries) PLN 20/EUR 4,94, delivery time 8-14 days;

MeestPost (for orders from the Polish warehouse to Ukraine) PLN 34/EUR  8,39 to the recipient's address, through a warehouse in Ukraine, delivery time 10-14 days.
